I took on the role of a post production audio engineer, completely stripping the audio from a scene in the film Dune 2, and rebuilding it from scratch.
To achieve the perfect sand sound effects, I brought in 100lbs of sand into the studio and performed each individual step.
During this project I learned the importance of precision and layering sound effects in order to make an immersive experience.
